I'M JEN MAC...
...a designer with a drive to create and a background as versatile as the clients I work with. Before stepping into the world of freelance design, I wore a lot of hats—teacher, IFBB Pro athlete, personal trainer, manager, events and marketing lead, and even direct sales. Each role strengthened my skills in preparation for running my own business. Now, I channel that experience into strategic design, branding, web development, and social media management—helping entrepreneurs, creatives, and brands stand out and succeed.
But beyond the pixels and color palettes, I’m the girl who loves jamming to a good beat, will roller skate for hours, and absolutely loves a good belly aching laugh. I'm a bit of a rebel (in the best way), so expect me to push the creative boundaries and go all in to bring your vision to life.

It depends on the service and project size. Websites take at least 4 weeks (sometimes 2+ months), while logos and branding typically take 4-6 weeks. After our first chat, I’ll give you a more accurate timeline.
Absolutely! I fully understand that we all start somewhere. We can add other assets onto a logo at any time. I am happy to meet each client where they are in their business venture. My goal is to be a part of your journey and if that means, piece by piece, then let's do it.!

Every project is so different! Most clients request custom packages, so I tailor pricing based on specific needs. I’ll send you my Services & Pricing Guide during our first chat, and from there, I’ll create a custom proposal just for you.
Due to the nature of design work, refunds aren’t available. But don’t worry—you’ll be involved throughout the creative process to ensure we’re on the right track. Plus, I offer 2-4 rounds of revisions (depending on the service) to refine everything until it’s just right.
